Engineering Consulting
Engineering projects are our passion. We have a proven track record of product development in robotics, photonics systems components including for lidar, and medical devices. We work with you to solve hard problems.
Mechanical Engineering Services
We have experience in mechanical design from mounts to robotics. Microflux's engineers have experience running CNC machinery; machining the parts that they designed. An engineer that knows how to design for manufacturability is worth his weight in gold. Many mechanical engineers do not have enough practical knowledge of the manufacturing processes that are used to build the pieces that they're designing. Desigining to the manufacturing process used greatly reduces system development costs, as well as the time required to make the parts. Designing for CNC machining is what we do. We don't just have knowledge about CNC machining, we do the machining in house. Our CNC machines are fully featured, and that means your design can take full advantage of available manufacturing technology to speed up lead times, reduce costs, and deliver quality greater than or equal to any shop out there. Our mechanical designs are ready for real world application.
The list goes on.. We know about the geometry, the materials, the manufacturing processes, and usability for your end-users. We deliver these assets in all of our designs. With the value added benefit of using our in-house CNC machining and Wire EDM services, we can get your project from concept to physical reality rapidly.
Solid Modeling / CAD Services
Microflux uses the most current version of Solidworks. We have a seat of Solidworks Premium Licensed to Mr. Gamble. We can draw simple parts to very complex assemblies. Additionally, our engineers have experience designing for CNC machining. We guarantee that no feature on your parts will be impossible to machine. If you're not experienced in solid modeling, or don't have time to draw the parts and assemblies that you have in mind, Microflux provides cost effective CAD services.
Solidworks Premium also includes simulation capabilities for assemblies. 3D stress/strain studies and materials failure studies are possible.
